When Hans J. Wegner designed this chair in 1963 it was a little too radical for the public and it was sold in very low numbers, and because of this when the world became aware of the genius of the design in the 1980's and early 90's the few examples that did turn up for sale made extraordinary prices.To satiate the desire to own such a beautiful design Carl Hansen & Son reintroduced them in 1998.These particular chairs are in the premium option of Oak and Walnut veneered bent plywood with cognac coloured leather seat and back pads.Sold and priced individually we have 6 available.
