Wegner, the 'CH25' easy chair was the first piece of furniture to use natural papercord as a back and seat rest. Specifically chosen for its optimum durability and non-stretching characteristics, this chair's design & materials quickly ushered in papercord's use among other designers - a testament to Wegner's visionary approach. Each chair requires 400 meters of papercord and 10 hours of hand-weaving through a meticulous process completed by skilled craftspeople.
