Canto

The Canto bench is an investigative piece, which starts from the antagonism between stifness and malleability.​Two perpendicular curves applied to a square structure create the sensation that one of the corners of the bench has been distorted. The straw weave allows a malleable surface to be created on the wooden body, enhancing the movement present in the piece.
