This is a semi mechanical Filaticio fabric and it is woven on an original loom from the 1850s. This fabric can be used for all kinds of upholstery such as sofas, armchairs, seats, wall coverings, ottomans as well as drapery and pillows. The silk and linen composition gives a dry though luxurious feel to this fabric. The diagonal structure gives an extra texture to the fabric.
