Flindt Garden Short Led Bollard

The Flindt Garden Short LED Bollard from Louis Poulsen is the brainchild of award-winning Danish designer and architect Christian Flindt. Designed for outdoor living spaces like private parks, courtyards, and gardens, it provides instant illumination without compromising quality or design. The idea behind its sculptural design originated in 2011 when a refined bollard was needed to illuminate a park next to an exhibition at Kunsthal Brænderigården, now Viborg Kunsthal. The fixture's success led to further development, optimizing material quality, light distribution, and efficiency. Introduced as the Flindt Bollard at the 2014 Light + Building trade fair, it has since elegantly complemented various outdoor settings, offering functional and pleasant illumination while enhancing safety. In 2021, Louis Poulsen introduced the downscaled Flindt Garden bollard, designed for easy on-the-spot installation, significantly improving light quality and design in commercial and residential outdoor spaces. Multiple bollards can be powered by a single power supply, making them ideal for repetitive installations. The flexible and minimalist design blends seamlessly into natural or urban garden environments.
