Friday The 13th Part 4 The Final Chapter (1984)

Jason escapes from the morgue to once again slaughter and annihilate teenagers at a lakeside cottage. Preceded by three earlier Friday the 13th films, equally as graphic. The title's also a lie since there's several more sequels to look forward to.
