The New York City Temple stands alongside legendary landmarks of the Big Apple. The Manhattan New York Temple is only the second multipurpose temple to be built and it's many floors are used for varying needs of the Church of Latter-day Saints. When the temple was dedicated, a time capsule containing some New York paraphernalia was placed in it.
