Royal System Shelving 3 Bay

The iconic Royal System shelving (1948) was Danish designer Poul Cadovius's elegant, innovative solution to heavy furniture that he felt took up too much floor space. One of the first wall-mounted storage systems, it was designed to move furniture off the floor and onto the walls, bringing in more space and light. Reintroduced in 2010, this versatile, enduring system consists of wall-mounted wooden rails, wooden shelves with slender metal brackets, and a variety of wooden cabinet options. The storage configuration options are as pictured and include beautifully crafted wood cabinets with plain or woven-wood doors or drop-down fronts; rippled glass sliding doors; or drawers, so that you can choose the option that best meets your needs. The Royal System is handsome enough to use in any room - wherever you want more storage that also allows more room for living. You can add additional 1-Bay Extension units or Cabinets as needed.
