Fascinated by how spaces transform over time, Hung-Ming Chen and Chen-Yen Wei invented the word Afteroom to name their Stockholm studio. “We simply want to create things people won't get rid of," says Chen-Yen. In creating the Story Planter, they brought a brand-new twist to floral arrangements by accommodating plants and flowers in a vertical stack within a very compact footprint. An add-on for the Story Planter Bowl, the Story Planter Strainer (2020) helps prevent root rot. Made in Taiwan.
