Unexpected Beauty

One of the treasures of Big Sur is the 80-foot waterfall known as McWay Falls, which flows to a small secluded beach or, when the tide is high, directly into the Pacific Ocean. The pristine teal waters of the inlet called McWay Cove excite the senses. The unexpected rock formations, trees, flowers and other plants add touches of beauty to the scene.
