A scenic fabric depicting a forest scene richly studded with clusters of small flowers. Amongst the trees are rabbits hedgehogs horned sheep squirrels wild fowl moles deer and a handsome unicorn. A mid-15th century forest design discovered in a house in Halifax in 1901 the design is printed on luxurious velvet in two colourways and on linen in two colourways and is reminiscent of tapestries found all over Britain. 100% Linen.
