60% jute, 18% wool, 10% polyester, 5% cotton, 5% nylon, 2% other fibers in Natural. Rug thickness: 0.6". Handwoven. Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months. No backing. Rug Pad recommended (sold separately). Made in India.
