This chair is so graceful. It is referred to as a carver chair because it would have been the arm chair at the head of a table. Now it can grace your home as an accent chair. The patina on the original finish is soft and warm, with just the amount of wear to show off it’s age. The drop in seat is covered in Schumacher “ Toile Orientale” , a linen fabric featuring a pagoda design. Please note - the seat sits on the frame and is not permanently attached so the fabric is easily changed if desired. This chair is so versatile.. use it as a desk chair or to fill that space in a living room or bedroom.
