The Feltri 357 armchair by Gaetano Pesce was designed for Cassina in 1987. It features a supporting structure made of felt impregnated with polyester-based thermosetting resin, providing a single load-bearing material with variable mechanical properties depending on the area of interest. The lower section is rigid and durable, while the upper section is elastic and can be used for shelter. The armchair is upholstered with a quilted fabric pad filled with polyester wadding for added comfort. This is the low-back version. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
