Antique Arm Chair with velvet and needlepoint. This Throne is a beautiful combination of gold velvet on the outside back, blue velvet on the perimeter of the seat trimmed with large nail heads, a hand-made needlepoint seat panel trimmed in a decretive tape, and another needlepoint panel that makes up the inside back of this regal chair. The wood is solid and stained a dark brown with carved details. Please see all photos. This chair is original and untouched so there are many spots where the needlepoint has been worn and is threadbare which you can see in the photos. The seat is sturdy and comfortable.
