Lisetta S“Lisetta is like an embrace, lovingly protective. That of Elisa Caponi, matriarch of the Maurizi family, who together with her husband Luigi brought weaving to Mogliano. It is a chair that wraps, welcomes and protects, without excluding the surrounding world.”The chair features Vienna straw, given a structural role by means of a system ofbamboo pieces. Fine craftsmanship and quality in all details: like the forty fivedegree cut at the joining point of the back and the woven workmanship of the rear surface with its asymmetrical curvature and tapered design. The touch of each craftsman creates a slightly different outcome.Use and maintenanceAll the items are made with raw materials and are guaranteed for interiors. If it is necessary, they can also be installed outdoors as long as they aresufficiently protected from atmospheric agents and not directly exposedto the sunlight or water, in spaces like verandas, gazebos, arcades or protected spaces. The raw materials used for weavings could be not extremelyhomogeneous due to different physical properties and the items couldhave dimensions a bit different from descriptions listed in this document. The colors could change for the same reasons. Those features arethe demonstration of authenticity of each product that is unique andhandcrafted in Italy by Mogliano’s masters.Woven wicker is extremely resistant over the years, if it is stored in a dryplace and without excessive temperature changes, and it could also change color or nuances due to its sunlight exposure based-on nature. The weavingby the craftsman is performed with soft and wet material, andthe material dries naturally with the passage of time losing its elasticity. For this reason, avoid excessive pressures, overloads of heavy weights or impacts. The bases or wooden parts are entirely in solid wood: with the aging they could change in size and present natural micro-cracks. Avoid direct and long exposure to the sun, completely avoid wetting.About the lamp usage, in normal condition the items don’t require special maintenance.TechnicalsAbout item technical details and bulbs specifications, please refer to the technical data sheets.CleaningUse a soft cloth for cleaning. Don’t use any chemicals, acids, scourers or steel brushes. The base in natural wood must be cleaned and dusted using a soft cloth, even slightly damp. Immediately wipe again with a soft, dry cloth. For lamps cleaning, unplug the appliance from electric power before to proceed.Never immerse the device in water. Wicker is a natural material, so cleaning the wicker lampshade don’t get it wet nor use chemicals. Use compressed air to remove dust.
