This chair draws its inspiration from the traditional African tribe chair, that -just like the Congo chair- consist of two pieces that slide into one another and are held together by the tension of the weight. No screws or nails are used in these chairs. What is unique about this specific example is that it still has its original woolfabric, in multitone color and typical 1950s design. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
