Kho Liang Ie was one of Artifort’s prominent designers and brought the company to new highs as its aesthetic consultant. The ‘F416’ easy chair represented a new way of design when it was first introduced, combining soft materials and rigid structures. The frame is made out of brushed stainless steel, black coated metal and plywood slats. The cushions have been reupholstered in Panama leather. The easy chair is in very good condition, with only minor signs of wear and use on the metal base which are consistent with its age. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
