Geraldo De Barros Leather Armchairs

Pair of very rare leather armchairs designed by very important Brazilian Modernist figure Geraldo De Barros who was an artist and furniture designer. Cushions with this more "free" style are very reminiscent of Sergio Rodrigues's iconic Mole chair However when incorporated with Geraldo De Barro's more utilitarian base, create a beautiful contrast. The original soft leather is a deep rich brown and expertly constructed with plenty of character. These chairs are not only a beautiful statement piece, but are also extremely comfortable. We have not seen another in this style available anywhere. They contain the original inventory tags from the organization that first acquired them. In original vintage condition, but can be restored with the customer's request at no extra charge.
