Pair of Italian Rococo-period walnut armchairs; the cartouche-shaped upholstered back with carved top-rail centered by a scroll issuing slightly out swept channeled and scrolled armrests over a conforming upholstered seat raised on cabriole legs ending in scrolled feet. This pair of chairs have been reupholstered in fine Fortuni damask-patterned fabric.
