These chairs were an heirloom from a great grandparent. The grandmother in law used to say if she didn't want someone to stay long offer them to sit in the ladies chair. I disagreed with Grandma though, as I found them comfortable, especially the Gent's chair. The mustard fabric color is original. The delicate wood design is the trademark of Queen Victoria.
