"Lisa" is an armchair, designed by Laudani & Romanelli and manufactured by Driade, with fiberglass padded structure with fabric or leather fixed cover.Indoor use only.DIMENSIONS:D. 26.1", W. 28.7", H. 28.3", Seat H. 17.7" Laudani & Romanelli choose to rediscover the discretion of volumetric restraint. The armchair thus becomes a “place for the individual”, a “passepartout” to discover forgotten customs again: easy chairs around tables, in bedrooms or in vestibules.MARTA LAUDANI & MARCO ROMANELLI have started to work together since 1988 in the associate architecture offices in Rome and Milan. They work as designers (for well-known brands such as Bosa, Dorelan, Driade, Fiam, Glas, Nodus, Oluce, Salviati), as interior designers (their works were published on the main international magazines and they took part in the Biennale di Architettura di Venezia inside the section called “Notizie dall’Interno” in 2004) and designed important exhibitions such as “Gio' Ponti: a World” at Design Museum in London, at NAi in Rotterdam and at Triennale di Milano (2003) and “Bruno Munari” at Tokyo Shiodome Italia (2007). They designed the restoration of “Museo della Civiltà Romana” in Rome for Fiat-Engineering.They have been always combing their design activity with a careful critical meditation on topics involving living and design: Marta Laudani has taught Interior Design at the Sapienza university in Rome and Marco Romanelli has been editor of both Domus and Abitare magazines.
