Splendid Lotus armchair designed by Rob Parry for Gelderland in the Netherlands around 1960. Both the woodwork and the upholstery are in perfect condition. The metal frame shows very slight signs of oxidation in places. The Pirelli seat webbing is new. An incredibly comfortable armchair with a timeless and exceptional design! This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
