Exquisite pair of Louis XV style French upholstered arm chairs with silver leaf carved wood frames featuring serpentine curves and cabriole legs. The seats, backs, and arm rests are covered in a luxurious silk & linen blend fabric with a shimmery white and light blue leopard print trimmed in a contrasting double cord in ice blue. The designer believes the fabric is from Scalamandré, though it may be a discontinued pattern. We are unsure of the exact age or maker of the chairs, as they have been recovered in the last 10 years and silver leaf has been expertly applied to the frames.
