The simply styled Lukki Chair is part of a relaunch of Tapiovaara's Lukki series designed from 1951-1956. A Finnish word meaning “daddy”, the armchair is a light-weight structure featuring plywood seating and a leggy bent metal tube frame. Stackable and versatile, this chair was designed for frequent use with high arms, reinforced with plywood arm pads, and a comfortably shaped seat pan.
