The construction exhibits the elegant lines typical of viennese art nouveau: the semicircular, curved backrest frame flows seamlessly into the front legs, visually and structurally enclosing the seat. particularly noteworthy is the original upholstery of the seat and backrest, covered in a floral tapestry fabric in warm beige and gold tones. The textile covering of the backrest is edged on the inside with decorative nails, lending the chair an additional handcrafted quality.
