Beautiful and highly collectible antique bentwood armchair, manufactured by the legendary company Thonet (circa 1900–1920). This model is famously known as the "Angel Back" chair due to the elegant, fluid loops of the backrest that resemble angel wings. The chair is in excellent antique/vintage condition. The wood frame is rock solid, sturdy, and free of any structural cracks. The rattan cane seat is new. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
