These chairs were purchased directly from the manufacturer by the original owner in the 1970s. They both have their original very thin layer of white wax/varnish to the surface and are both stamped with the correct Gerard van de Groenekan burnished markings. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
