A pair of mid century armchairs GFM-142, designed by Edmund Homa. The armchairs were made in the 1960s in the Gosciecinska Furniture Factory. They are made from solid beech wood. The GFM-142 armchair is regarded one of the best Polish armchair design from the previous age. The armchairs have been thoroughly renovated. The tension belts have been changed, new upholstery foams - upholstery fabric of the highest quality - velvet in dalmatian print.Inspired by the coat of a damaltien, Tottenham Dalmatian velvet features a pea pattern on a plain background. Originally painted with brushstrokes, the design of this textile has dark spots. The set is printed on a velvet for a luxurious result and a pleasant texture to the touch.We can prepare this set also in another fabric and wood color.
