This chair was designed and produced by Les Industries Amisco, a French Canadian company, maker of the popular "paper clip" stools, during the 1970s. It has a "Z" shape iron structure in red and an upholstered seat, that was reupholstered with a new synthetic sheepskin fabric. The structure is in original and good condition, with some age related marks. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
