A very comfortable pair of Art Deco 20th century ebonised armchairs upholstered in an off white crushed velvet. French Circa 1930-40.The design and shape of these chairs say it all, they have elegance and style.Having a sprung vase shaped inset square top back , the armrest scrolled and piped retaining a feathered cushion seat. Of U shape design having an ebonised front facade with shaped and tapered legs to the front and rear.Very stylish, these chairs having been upholstered in a top grade crushed velvet with the timber having been French polished to an excellent finish.
