The fully upholstered DAX chair is part of the Eames plastic armchairs collection, first presented as part of a New York Moma competition. An iconic piece of design in a very rare version. Moulded fiberglass, beige shell. Leather upholstery. Screwed by silentblocs to a base made of chrome metal rods. Black pads. Manufactured by Herman Miller. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
