Created in China during the Qing Dynasty, this armoire features a linear silhouette perfectly complimented by a natural elmwood structure. Four doors (double ones flanked by single ones), all fitted with bronze hardware, are adorned with floral and bamboo motifs carved in low-relief. These doors open to reveal inner shelves and hidden drawers offering convenient storage space. A deep compartment sits at the bottom. The ensemble is raised on four straight legs with carved spandrels in the front.
