This lovely piece is made in a vibrant ruby red art glass using the sommerso technique in which is a " Murano glassmaking technique creating layers of different colored glass within a single piece, giving the illusion of colors submerged or "sunken" without mixing, often with a clear outer layer". This sommerso technique was a common skill used by Murano Maestros and is often seen as a signature of Murano Art glass design. There's three pieces available, Sold INDIVIDUALLY.
