Designed by Arthur Gentil in collaboration with Sartorialitica, this ashtray expresses a refined balance between material research and artisanal precision. The rectangular lava stone body is hand-carved within and CNC-cut on the exterior, achieving a clean geometric form enhanced by a subtly burnished finish. A removable and washable bronze lid, cast and finished with a brushed interior and polished exterior, adds both functionality and sculptural elegance. Conceived within an immersive installation, the piece fosters a dialogue with its surroundings, emphasizing texture, harmony, and material presence.
