This oak tea cabinet dates from the early 20th century, circa 1900-1920, during the Arts and Crafts movement. This piece features a practical design with 3 folding side trays, a display area, and multiple shelves for serving and storage purposes. Tea cabinets like this were highly functional pieces in middle and upper-class homes during the era when afternoon tea was an important social ritual. My parents lived in London 10 years and bought several of these due to their uniqueness and practicality. It is only because my Mom just passed that we’re having to let go of her treasures. With the tray on top, the cabinet measures 29 1/4” Tall X 23 1/2” Long x 16” Wide Without the tray, cabinet measures 28” Tall X 24” Long X 17” Wide The removable tray on top measures 26” Long X 19” Wide X 1 1/2” tall Thanks for looking
