Important and sculptural italian bar from the 1950s, attributed to gio ponti, representing a refined example of architectural design applied to furniture. the entire structure is fully clad in parchment, combined with ivory lacquer, creating an elegant balance between soft surfaces, light, and architectural volumes. The bar is conceived as a functional and articulated ensemble, composed of a bar unit, platform, and a separate display cabinet. the display cabinet features sandblasted etched sliding glass doors and is enhanced by a refined flush-set brass inlay embedded within the wooden structure, housed in a slim recessed groove and seamlessly integrated into the original design.
