Circa 1980s wrought iron bar cart by Russell Woodard. The "Arnold Palmer" collection, created in 1978. Woven surfaces, scroll handle, the lower tier with gallery, the upper with retaining edges to keep serving items from falling over. Two large front wheels & 2 small rear ones, all roll well. Newly painted. 31" x 19.25" x 32.75" h. at handle.
