AGAIN is a wooden barstool with plywood seat and backrest. Stool available in two height, wood available in different finishes.AGAIN,designed by Alex Gufler, is TON’s new collection. It is a game of wood bending – representing a swift exchange between the designer’s long-standing experience with furniture design and TON’s perfected wood working techniques. “The collection’s generous curved form, seen usually in metal furniture, presents a technical challenge when made in wood. Responding to such challenge requires significant mastery of craft to ensure that the product meets strength and durability requirements” says Gufler. In the Grand Slam design, the designer has paired TON’s trademark bent wooden rods with a visually light seat made from gently curved plywood, all with no visible joins.
