Three bar stools designed in the style of Charlotte Perriand, each combining a woven rattan seat and short low-profile backrest with a slender tubular metal frame. The rattan is worked in an open weave that forms a gently curved bucket shape, providing both seat and back support in a single continuous form. Each frame includes a rectangular footrest rung and a secondary cross-brace, with four tapered legs rising to bar height.Perriand's use of natural materials alongside industrial metal frames became one of the defining gestures of mid-20th-century French design. Her rattan and wicker seating, developed in part during her time in Japan and through collaborations with Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret, influenced generations of furniture produced across Europe. Stools of this profile and construction reflect that design lineage. The frames were originally chrome and have since been repainted black; spot welds are present. The stools show wear consistent with age and use.
