A Paul McCobb Classic, his X-base stool, is a timeless design: elegant without being fussy, refined without feeling precious, and like so much of McCobb's work, perfectly proportioned. This example is in good original vintage condition. The base has a beautiful patina from age and it retains the original faux leather upholstery which shows some wear and love from age and use, but could easily be replaced with new fabric or leather.
