A beautiful “Tokyo” bar stool designed by Rodney Kinsman and manufactured by Bieffeplast in Italy around 1980. The thin, black lacquered tubular metal frame is tall and elegantly finished. Nicely bent into shape and holding a very nice wooden seat. The materials and design allow for a sense of luxury as well as modernism that makes this a timeless find. Designed and manufactured with an impressive eye for detail! It is labeled on the frame, as shown in photos. The stool remains in good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
