Made in Europe (possibly France or Austria.) Subtle, sophisticated, and beautifully detailed. Each tag, with metal chain, has a white porcelain enamel ground (front and back), center reading 'LOTION', floral design at top and bottom, red scrolls on sides, all hand painted. A beautiful piece for a vanity area, bathroom, powder room, etc.
