Elegant Empire dressing table made in Italy in the first half of the 19th century. The structure, in wood with mahogany feather veneer, stands out for its sober and balanced architectural lines, typical of the Empire style. The upper surface is embellished with a slab of veined gray marble, original of the period. The tilting mirror, octagonal in shape, is supported by two small pillars with pinnacle capitals.
