Mounting and fittings in mercury-gilt bronze (Ormolu). with an undulating profile, the surface features exquisite marquetry with the renowned French "Treillage" pattern, which is repeated on the front and sides. The entire table is framed with a mercury-gilt bronze border featuring an olive branch motif. It rests on four galvanized legs with gilt bronze vegetal inlays and finials at the base. The keyhole, also in gilt bronze, displays beautiful ornamentation with exquisitely crafted small trefoils. The interior of the dressing table is lined with precious wood and features a mirror with a gilt bronze mount. A discreet compartment is located at the bottom.
