Chairish

$604

This bed frame dates from the mid-20th century and is formally classified as Mid-Century style, likely dating from around 1955. The clean lines, slightly splayed legs, and smooth wooden surface create a functional and understated overall effect. Features: Original slatted base with spiral steel springs; side panels and headboard in a solid wood surface with an elegant grain. Design: The bed follows the design principles of the Mid-Century style with a reduced design language, clear geometry, and slightly tapered legs. Ornamentation is avoided; instead, the focus is on structural logic and calm proportions. Function: Originally used as a fully functional bed frame with an integrated spring core as a base for mattresses. Today: Still usable as a bed frame, suitable for mattresses measuring 190 × 90 cm. Dimensions: Length 194 cm × Width 96 cm × Height 78 cm. Mattress size: 190 × 90 cm. Material and condition: Frame made of ramin wood with a slatted base and spring core made of steel/metal. Good used condition commensurate with age, with minor surface marks. The construction is stable. The piece of furniture was inspected and checked and is stable and fully functional.
