A period Swedish Gustavian window bench made in Lindome in the early 19th century, finished on all four sides and newly upholstered in linen. This bench displays the hallmarks of a Lindome piece with clear English influences shown in the provincial interpretation of the Prince of Wales feathers. Lindome is situated near Gothenburg, a sea port, and during the 18th century was heavily influenced by ships from England. Circa 1810.
