19th century leather upholstered mahogany bench from England. The top has been expertly upholstered in a rich green leather and has pleated corners, over single welt. The apron is then finished in brass nails for additional design interest. The leather hide in which this piece is covered has the brand (BT) on the top, which is a neat feature. The bench is supported on hand turned legs with exquisite reeding. This is a lovely piece which would look great in any room of the home or office.
