Wonderful and rare Art Deco Haagse School bench or sofa. Design by Willem Penaat for Metz & Co. Amsterdam Striking Dutch design from the twenties. Solid oak frame with black lacquered lining and reupholstered with red Manchester corduroy. Marked with original manufacturers tag. In very good condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
