Evolving from its namesake coffee tables, the Cala bench comprises a coarse concretebase covered with thick epoxy resin, evoking the lacustrine landscape of Como. Resin is cast in layers to recreate a deep and shifting top, that seems to reveal the lakebed underneath. The asymmetric composition and rounded shapes resemble the jagged shores smoothed by flowing water.
